Ericsson interview questions

Took about 2-3 weeks of interviews, then no word for 4 weeks. I had to send numerous emails before I finally received a call. Extremely unprofessional and poor engagement. Seems they need more adversity when interviewing. The final panel interview was all male.

They just simply give some vedio interviews and you need to answer them. After costing around 10 min, it will be dileverd. But there will be no feedback until long time after send you a decline.
