Ericsson Payroll Lead interview questions

The interview process consisted of 3 stages, 1 discussion with HR, 1 meeting with Global Payroll Leader, and a final interview with local Head of People. Questions are related to experience and motivation. Very negative is that after 3 stages of interviews there is no response from the company. It is very disrespectful given the time and effort invested in the whole interview process.
