Ericsson Senior Benefits Analyst interview questions

Screening interview with temporary worker who knew nothing about the position. The interviewer couldn't answer any questions about the position, team, company culture, work schedule, typical work load etc. Felt like a complete waist of time and effort. After the interview the recruiter said I should hear back within a week. I heard nothing.
