I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ericsson (Lágymányos) in May 2018
Interview
The HR contacted me through email and invited for a 3 hour long session of testing.
Basic programming nad logic tests were mandatory and there were several optional tests as well.
After the test the HR contacted me via phone to invite to a personal interview. I did not have a saying in the date and time because "there are three team-leaders who are interested in me and they have to coordinate their agendas".
In contrast there were only two people present and they were from the same team as well.
The mood of the interview was rather rigid and I sometimes felt really disrespected.
In the end they promised to let me know the result.
I have not heard from them since which is unfair since I would really appreciate some insight for future interviews.
