Ericsson Software Engineer interview questions

The interview went quite smoothly, started by HR interview for 30 mins, then an online codality test, asking for references and then got the offer. The offer wasn't as I expected from a company of Ericsson size. I respectfully rejected the offer and wished for them the best.

It was easy and targets making sure that the applicant is willing to learn and be able to participate actively into the environment. Also, it aims at making sure that the applicant can fit into the company's culture
