First round is the simple online aptitude. questions will be normally from ratio,profit loss, ages, numbers, verbal and data interpretation. 50 questions is asked to solve in 55 min.
Second round is GD where one should talk relevant to the topic. Common topics will be given. Third round is technical round. Questions are mostly from networks. Final is the HR round, common questions like why ericsson are asked.

The interview is very detailed but noone exactly knew in which division I will be working in.As the Ericsson global india Ltd is a new company , it was natural that even they didnt know where we will work .So the interview process wasnt very skill based.
