European Commission Blue Book Trainee interview questions

The interviewer contacted me via email and asked if I was available for a phone call to discuss about my profile and application. The phone call lasted 30 minutes and we discussed about my work experience, studies, motivation and skills. The interview process was very pleasant.

I Didn't have any phone call interview, just received an offer. My adviser told me later that he was too busy to give me a call at the time he was selecting candidates.
