Official competition panel with 5 experts. Convocation sent well in advance. Very competitive exercise, you get to the interview after having passed a preliminary test and a written test. In general friendly atmosphere and relaxed procedure. Trade Unions present in the interview, sometimes interpretation is provided. A second language is tested, sometimes a third depending on competition rules.
