European Commission interview questions

Technical plus non technical interview with different levels of hierarchy, 4 standard questions and then about my background . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I participated in a job process for the European Commission and match each and every point as indicated in the job description. I had two HR interviews with an external consultant company, then a technical interview with three EC workers and was discarded. They told me that I had not had the necessary skills even after working in the very same position with the same technologies for more than a decade.
