One of the worst interview experiences I have ever had. I was extremely excited for the opportunity to interview, as it was a position I really was eager to land. They were quick in sending an email for an interview request. I responded to the recruiter thanking him for the invite to the interview process, and proceeded to follow the link in a second email.
You do a computer generated interview to see "who you are" and your "personality". You do not answer any questions related to the job or your experience. You have 30 seconds to read the prompt on the screen and 3 minutes to answer, you do have one retry per question.
The entire process is computer generated with canned emails.
I never received a response to my email to the recruiter, never once spoke to a real person, and was ignored with my follow up email.
Not sure how you can judge a person in a completely automated interview , with a mere 3 minutes to answer some random questions about you.
I thought I had answered the questions well given the time frame, and express my upmost interest and excitement in the job . While I understand excitement and interest are not qualifications to get the job, the fact that there is no attempt to communicate to you, or even respond shows what type of company they are. I understand its corporate and they need to weed out as many applications as they can, but if you cant have someone spend 30 minutes speaking with you to understand who you are, then I truly fear for the people that work there.
Bummer. I was really excited.
I applied on Sunday, was invited to interview on Tuesday. Interviewed Tuesday Night, was rejected Wednesday morning. So at least the process was quick
