Recrutée via LinkedIn, contacté par un chasseur de tête sur le site.
1ere étape : entretien téléphonique avec un RH, questions basiques genre pourquoi Expedia, attentes salariales, présentes surtout pour vérifier l'expression et la compréhension de la langue anglaise.
2eme étape : entretien physique avec la N+1 sur place. Cas pratiques négociation, questions sur Expedia, sur la personnalité, les capacités commerciales.
Enfin, convocation pour un entretien final au siège.

Three stages with three different people. They move pretty quickly which is nice. Typically all from the same department as well! They ask more thought provoking questions than job specific ones
There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first interview was a video recording where you had to answer a couple of open questions and the second one was an online interview with a person.

The first stage was a hirevue interview with basic questions like why do you want to join Expedia, when was a time you struggled, introductions, and etc. it took about fifteen minutes to finish the video interview and it also included a few questions about availability
