There were 4 phases total: phone screening, skills/competency exam, personality test, and in-person interviews with teammates, direct manager and other management. It took a total of 6 months for the entire interview process from beginning to the time I received an offer.

Interview
initial phone interview then scheduled zoom interview. The zoom interview was about 3 hours long with a 15 min break with lots of testing and intense questions. Interviewed with about 10 people total with two separate groups. Job is not worth the interview process, very disappointing.
