Interview
Interviewed with 6 different people in the finance department in their Bellevue Washington location. Each for 30 minutes. Very long and tiresome. HR person was great and a pleasure to work with. Entire process from first interview with HR, then one on one with manager, then brought in to talk with people in department took about two weeks.

Question 1
They asked the normal tell me about your self and what you do in your current role. A couple of them did what if scenarios, and wanted to know how you react. Also asked some questions to test knowledge of accounting and finance.
First stage - Telephone interview with internal recruiter, it was fairly straightforward. Had to talk about my professional experience and why I applied for position. Overall interview was alright even though I didn’t move forward.

STAR behavioral questions based on company values - they really have an emphasis on these two things. There was also a business case component where they just want to see your thought process and how you explain your approach. The interview process is quite extensive with many rounds of interviews
