It will be great, i hope it would be easier than other companies, if i will be selected then i share further info about my whole interview process. I wish that the questions would be in detail oriented.

Question 1
How do i handle the customer's issue regarding to bookings, room confirmation, refund status if any and Hotel availability
The interview was fairly easy and value based the interviewers were good at making the candidates comfortable.
All questions were based on Expedia values and situations around that.
The interview was 30-45 mins long but that is not standard.
They gave me results a week after.

Interview
Had two interviews, one was just regular questions about company values and things of that nature, 2nd one was a hiring interview asking more about previous work situations and how I've handled them. Overall, very lovely people I've had the pleasure of talking with.
