Interview
The interview with HR was very good and the reply was given on the same day, however the interview with the Finance manager was really confusing , the manager was not even able to tell me which Finance tools they use , just replying that the system is not very efficient and most of the conciliations were done in excel which I said that I was used to do , they needed a person who would organise the payments and reconciliations , which I have a proven record of doing, just by reading my CV he could have checked it . He also asked me how I knew one of the person on my Linkedin contacts which was extremely non -professional and not relevant to the interview . I found the interviewer badly prepared and his questions were not precise at all , not sure he knows how to execute that task , it seemed he was not patient to listen to my replies .
