Interview
I was told it would be a 2 part process. Two 45 min interviews. Took about 3 weeks to get the first interview set up via the recruiter. The first interview was pretty unrealistic. They expect you to go through 2 case studies on your portfolio, 1 not on your portfolio, do a 60 second elevator pitch on yourself and answer questions in a 45 min time period. The employer did not show up to the interview. Waited around 10 min past interview time in Teams meeting. Recruiter made excuses when I reached out and backed out.

3 Rounds of interview DSA, problem solving , Design , with disappointing hiring process .
A Prepration session will brief about what to expect in interview and how to perform . The interview is totally diffrent than what's told in session . Be prepared to expect any thing .
Interviewers are too rigid to make you solve problems in the way they know it and looses patience when you present a different solution .
In DSA round Interviewers expectation is to use language version specific features more than solving the problem in best approach .
Process is too tangible based in interviewer bias and expectation.
