The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter screening, followed by technical and competency-based interviews with managers and team members. Questions focused on CRM strategy, stakeholder management, Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, problem-solving, and communication skills. The process was professional, collaborative, and gave good insight into the team structure and client projects.
