I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group in Dec 2017
Interview
The phone interview was not bad. 20 minutes conversation about your past work experiences. I was told that I'll be coming in for a second interview. A month and a half later they sent me a rejection letter. This happened after I was told that they'll let me email me to coordinate the date and time of the interview. I wouldn't have cared if I got rejected after the face to face interview but to promise me an interview and then just not bothering to go ahead with it is highly unprofessional. If you are not interested in the candidate you should let them know and not lie to them about a follow up interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Singapur) in Sep 2017
Interview
Had a first round with HR that went well. A second round with Hiring Manager that went well but I couldn't fathom the reason that he gave me at the end. I was told that he had already found a person with the relevant experience in a particular skill set that he himself didn't possess. To me that was a reflection of the brand and maturity of the managers in the Singapore Office. I exited quickly vowing never again to the used the company's products or apply for position in the firm again. Good luck to them! Good riddance to me.
