Expedia Group interview questions

After being referred right away I received a phone interview. Then one week later I went on to a second interview. During this second interview it started a half hour late due to the fact the interviewee was never told I was scheduled for an interview. From then I waited two weeks after being told I would here back within a few days. It was only then when I contacted them they told me I would not be receiving an offer, and they didn't know how to to tell me this so that is why they did not call. In addition, I was told I would receive notes that had been taken throughout the process, but I have yet to receive them even after asking for them once again.
