I found the interview process to be pretty straightforward. It was almost exclusively behavioral questions that can be found in most program management interviews. If you can describe your experiences and impact you'll be in good shape.

Question 1
Describe a time you disagreed with a colleague and how did you handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Kuala Lumpur) in May 2024
Interview
4 rounds of interviews with the managers and management. It took nearly one month for the whole process to be completed, the coordination was seamless and simple. Unfortunately they needed someone to work immediately so I was dropped from the process.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (London, England) in Apr 2025
Interview
The process is extremely demanding, not in terms of difficulty but in terms of time. They require in office presence even if the interviews are remote. These office visits can be lengthy (3h+). The interviews themselves consist of situational questions and working in case studies with the people you would be working with, you are not told anything regarding the exercises before but you can expect something related to the role. I had to chase HR to get an update which considering the time and effort spent is ridiculous.
