I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group
Interview
Job fair, I heard 400 people showed up. Email states fill out application vendor going but upon arriving I was told that didn't matter. I filled an app & took a seat. First interview is a screen, questions about your experience, jobs. if they asked you to stay it's a good sign. Second interview was mostly customer service based questions. I was told to wait for HR. My friend told me she went to 3 interviews in the last job fair. I didn't get a third.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
The process began with a short phone interview to discuss elements mentioned within the CV, motivation and more about the company. This was followed by a practical programming exercise. An onsite interview was conducted with multiple stages, including a whiteboard coding exercise. Everyone was friendly and the process was enjoyable.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
HR contacted for a phone screen about a month after I applied. The process after that went fairly quickly and smooth. Got another phone interview with the hiring manager after a couple of days and was brought in for an on site interview soon after. Interviewed with 5 interviewers on site.
