I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Islington, England) in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied online and was contacted via email within a few days for a telephone interview with someone from HR. Following the telephone interview, I completed an excel test and had to chase things up with HR for the outcome. I interviewed at Expedia Angel London with the hiring manager who asked different questions to establish my suitability for the job. He also complained about having difficulties attracting the right candidates for the job. At the end of the interview, he didn't bother seeing me out as most interviewers would normally do. The HR staff were slow in responding to emails. As a matter of fact when I received the interview invite, I wrote an email immediately to ask if the interviewer was with the hiring manager and received no response. I feel the interviewer was threatened by my qualifications and experience. I received feedback after over 2 weeks of interviewing. The feedback was around been overqualified for the position as I have lots of technical skills which would affect how they would grow and develop my skills in the long term.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (London, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
Many steps
2 x Screenings
8 X interviews with various managers in London and Dubai
The first interview with management was with the Dubai manager and decision maker. Although I was passed this interview and continued with various other members (finance, strategy, marketing, sales), and the duration was 3-4 months I was not accepted from the first person I interviewed! Therefore was really upset with them, as they could have avoided all of our time as I interviewed with 10 people!
There was a sense of lack of organisation, especially as people were cancelling the interviews last minute (literally a minute before scheduled interview) and these were all in different time zones.
