I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Bellevue, WA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I heard back from a recruiter within 2 weeks of submitting my resume. I spoke with her by phone within a week and on the same call, we scheduled the online interview with the hiring manager based in the UK. Moments after the interview with the hiring manager, the recruiter scheduled time with me for an in-person interview at headquarters. I met with the hiring manager's boss, another director and two colleagues in the same line of work as the position, but from a different department.
Each interviewer was very polite. The scope of the job seemed to change during my in-person interview with their top boss and I wasn't able to persuade him that I could manage all related skills using different approaches, but I could tell then that I wasn't the one for him and that's just how it goes. It's usually best when one has a particular personality or need in mind, so I didn't take it too personally.
The phone recruiter kindly called and told me I didn't get the job about a week or two later. I figured I didn't get the job by then, since all else in the process was done expeditiously earlier in the process when I was on the short list.
Great experience overall and I'd go through the rounds again to work there. I got an inside peek at how dedicated the people who work there seem to be and it appears to be a great working environment.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
On campus interview in February - it was pretty chill. Then moved on to on site interview in San Francisco in March. Three rounds of interview in the afternoon. First one was technical, couldn't remember the question. Second one was about design (how to build a mobile app to accommodate customer data). Last one was quite behavior and asked some definition of technical terms. It was alright.
