A recruiter contacted me and we chatted. The person said they would let me know if they were moving forward. I followed up after a week and the recruiter said they were following up with the hiring manager, and then I never heard from the recruiter again. This is not the first time I've been ghosted by Expedia recruiting.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Austin, TX) in Jan 2025
Interview
Recruiter reached out and said they were looking for someone with similar experience to join the team. Hiring manager rescheduled three times and didn’t even provide a reason why (but was damn sure to correct how to pronounce his name in a rude way for starters). I thought the interview went well. Had to send two follow up emails to recruiter to find out they decided to go with other candidates but I should keep applying for other roles there. Probably dodged a bullet.

Hotels.com is not doing well. What should we do to solve the problem?
I applied online. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Miami, FL)
Interview
STAR behavioral questions based on company values - they really have an emphasis on these two things. There was also a business case component where they just want to see your thought process and how you explain your approach. The interview process is quite extensive with many rounds of interviews
