Expedia Group interview questions

The interview process has multiple rounds as might be expected for a manager. The first was with the recruiter. The second was a technical system design interview. Once I passed these, there were 6 more interviews with various teams across the hiring organization, focusing on various aspects of software development leadership, ranging from operational excellence to product knowledge to people leadership. Altogether this totaled 8 interviews. While I understand their desire to be thorough, this is also a bit of a red flag, in terms of their ability to make decisions and complete the hiring process promptly.

Interview steps and actual interview is structured and you know what to expect. But the people organising the interviews are immature are very unprofessional. They will send multiple emails per day asking if you can make time for the next stage of the interview at extremely short notice. After the interview if you ask for an update, they never reply
