Very easy and stress free, they gave a pre interview session to help people apply and even came to my university to aid students. The head recruiter was very nice and answered all questions.

First stage - Strengths and behavioural exam; it wasn't timed and wasn't fairly hard. Second stage - Hacker Rank exam, they want to see how you can solve problems and not what mark you got. They just want to see how you think when it comes to solving problems essentially.
