I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Expedia Group
Interview
A JMA IT recruiter reached out to me about a Lodging Content Associate role, and was ultimately very unprofessional. Between how softly he spoke and his thick accent, I could barely hear him over the phone. I had to remind him about our phone appointment too, and he was late calling. When finally he did call, he said the position had received too many applicants and was now on hold.
On the upside, I did manage to clarify that the Lodging Content Associate role is a Full-Time Contract to Hire position, and one can expect somewhere around $20-$22/hr.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (München, Bayern) in Apr 2016
Interview
I read through pretty much all of the "Interview Reviews" here on Glassdoor, so I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. The process probably varies a bit depending on job and location, but this was my experience:
The interview process started with a telephone"screening" interview with a recruiter followed by an easy online assessment test. The next round of interviews was with a supervisor in the Munich office, and then the following week I had 2 back-to-back phone interviews with a senior manager and the director of GSO EMEA. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, they really put me at ease which was great because I absolutely dread interviews and get so nervous (like the heart racing, palms sweating kind of nervous). They all did a great job at explaining the job, both the good stuff and the not-so-good stuff as well as taking the time to answer any questions I had. Most of the interviews felt more like a casual chat...just getting to know me, seeing if I'd be a good fit for the job and the team, etc. but also making sure the job would be a good fit for me. The 3rd round was quite a bit more structured and behavioural/situational based. About a week after my final interviews, the recruiter got in touch just to touch base, see what my thoughts were, etc. He let me know they will be making a decision later in the week and that he would be in touch.
I just got the job offer today and couldn't be happier..judging by my experience so far, it looks like I will be joining an awesome team!

Question 1
How do you set goals? How do you prioritise? What does success look like to you? etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
Very straightforward. One first interview over the phone and then contacted me to see me in person. One week after that I had a second phone interview with another team manager. Both the human resources team and the Lodging content manager were very professional and answered all my questions. An accurate feedback was also provided at the end of the process.
