On Hirevue for the initial interview. It's a series of questions about your past experiences and why you would be a good fit. I made the mistake of thinking that you only get one redo for all of the questions not one per question.

I was invited to answer a series of questions while some were recorded. It was very impersonal, which makes you feel worried your not answering correctly. I think its extremely uncomfortable and can't compare to a real interview. Its hard to make a good impression through a recording, this is what i struggled with most. overall it was okay.
