Interview
My initial experience with the interview process was not very positive. However, their Recruiting Department was being re-organized and thus was very unorganized at the time. Aside from the initial impression I had of the Recruiter the interview process was long but not horrible. Once I got past the Recruiter it was pretty standard. I had a Phone Interview with the Hiring Manager, then I was scheduled for in-person interviews with the Team. Here is where I have a suggestion: the Team will interview you back to back over a full eight hour day - BE PREPARED for an exhausting and repetitive process. This is a standard panel interview process with several sessions in one day. My questions ranged from Project Management Standard Practices to Situational (a lot about conflict resolution and how to handle deadlines when people either can't or won't support). I did not get a lot of Technical Questions, but questions that were directly related to the hiring department. Try to find out what the department is from the Recruiter before they schedule you, then you can consider the questions you will receive. One thing I noticed was that some of the interviewers took notes on a laptop and the following questions asked by others were related, so make sure you pay attention to answers you are giving (which can be hard after four hours!). In the end it took them about three weeks to get back to me after the interviews (with little if any communication on status), but I was offered the position.

Interview
I wouldnt say it was easy. The questions were very straight forward. But the tricky part was the expression on the interviewers faces. Wow! You couldnt tel if they were impressed or not. After the interview I felt I could have done better.
