I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group in Aug 2019
Interview
It started with a coding test, with 2 questions to be finished in 90 minutes(gfk medium to hard). Then an onsite with 4 rounds, everyone was very coperative and friendly, first round was behavioural next two round were coding(medium to hard) and last one was open ended system design question. All of then were very polite and kept on giving some hint. I enjoyed the interview.
Scheduled initial round in weekday. Reached their office in scorching 43°C. Had just one round, lady interviewer didn't even have a clue what to ask, gave me design problem and asked to write a code for design problem. Later on asked her to clarify what she exactly want me to code in given problem statement. Wrote a code for that problem and the interview was over.
Expedia, please educate your employee regarding what to ask from experienced candidates. Asking illogical question and rejecting them will make you loose good candidates.
Think twice before going for Expedia interview. Total waste of time. Highly unprofessional HR.
