The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2018
Interview
Worst Experience.
10 rounds of interview, 2 visit to office at Gurgaon, Salary structure shared, Pressing to join early was done.
Based on HR confirmation, things were planned on my end and then they told me you dont have positive feedback whereas after every round HR shared your own feedback has been super positive.
I think this organization driven from Gurgaon, India has to learn professionalism and they ought to treat resource as humans.
I really wish if i could share their emails and things with high authority in Expedia so as to ensure what they did to me is not repeated.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Expedia Group (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I had applied online and was contacted by recruiter about a month after I had applied . The first two steps i.e. phone screening and 1:1 call with hiring manager were quick with proper feedback and constant communication. After the call with hiring manager I was told I will be called onsite for in-person interview and it took me some follow-ups and almost a month later the interview was organized but the recruiter was overall responsive till here so no complains, I understand that these things take time. However its been almost a month since my in-person interview and I have not received any sort of communication even after follow-ups. I completely understand that not all candidates interviewed will be selected and also that some teams move slow in the hiring process, I am also aware that the team was interviewing other candidates including internal candidates, but that said it is not professional of the recruiting team to not respond to emails /followups, the least they can do is acknowledge your email. However after reading other reviews it appears that ghosting by recruiter is a pretty common practice at Expedia :)

Question 1
Interview questions were pretty straightforward and the interviewers were prepared in what they wanted to learn about the candidate and their experience. Most questions were based on the resume and the job expectations.

Interview
The interview process was what i expected. I first had an online screening where i answered question sent to me via email. Be sure that you're not only applying for the job, but applying to be part of their core beliefs and being part of a traveling company. Know the company you're applying for. Do you're research and align your beliefs. Then i had an interview with the hiring manager. Be sure to describe your history (both personal and career) to the point where it aligns with the job you're applying for. Then comes the panel interviews. Be sure to treat each interviewer as a new interviewer. I know that sound ridiculous but its so important. They all usually have very different personalities and you need to be sure you accommodate to them. If they seem laid back then adjust. If they are all about data and tech, be as straight forward and data driven as you possibly can be.
