Express Employment Professionals Administrative interview questions

The in-person interview went well. But 2 days later the interviewer called me and was concerned about me being too nice. He also, asked me how I felt about working for someone much younger. That question made me feel very uncomfortable because I know that my age has nothing to do with my skills and qualifications. That question should have never been asked of me. That was an unfair question.
