I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express Employment Professionals (Eugene, OR) in Oct 2016
Interview
I contacted them about a job opportunity that I was interested in. I didn't hear back from them for awhile. A few days later I was contacted and told they might have some work. I updated my employment application, and information. I talked to them briefly, the manager I was working with told me he had to rush because he was taking off early. He handed me a clipboard and had me fill out information, and he sped through the hiring doc info. Then I proceeded to take a urinary exam which feels somewhat awkward and demeaning. Additionally the manager was a little bit rude and inappropriate talking about his other applicants. After all that, he set me up with a run-down warehouse with a high turnover rate. I felt badgered into keeping it, but eventually left.
