I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Farmfoods (Birmingham, England) in May 2021
Interview
I don’t know what went wrong? I had the most perfect interview, the manager loved me, we had the best conversation with so many laughs and commonalities between us. Even though she didn’t ask about experience I made sure to state my experience and how I’m customer-focussed etc. She kept asking me if I had anymore questions to ask her because she liked them, and she said I was switched on and friendly etc. I know it’s not down to her but I don’t know what went wrong. Farmfoods state that they hire based on personality, not on experience, but this can’t be true. I love so close, I said I was available all throughout the week and I got an email rejected me with no feedback as to why.
