I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Manchester, NH) in Jul 2022
Interview
There was a phone screen where my details were confirmed and they checked if I still was interested in pursuing the role. A second more in depth recruiter call followed that fairly soon and that was used as a get to know you type session and to align on salary expectations and the available role. Then an interview was scheduled with the VP of engineering for the team I was interviewing with. That was a fairly standard chat about previous roles and tech stacks I have experience in and an opportunity to ask questions about the team etc.
