Fidelity Investments Financial Representative interview questions

Took about 1 week after application for them to contact for an interview. Sent an email with a link to webcam interview and urged applicants to complete asap. First interview was set up online via webcam-very awkward. It shows a recording of hr person asking questions, you have a few moments to "prepare your answer"(30-60 sec) and then must record yourself on video giving your answer (2-3 minute max). Asked 8 questions total, took about 20-30 minutes.
