I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments
Interview
First round was a phone screening with HR, covering the basics of your background and a brief introduction of the role. Second interview was with 2 branch leaders. Like many others have said already it’s more like a casual conversation than an interview. Pleasant experience overall. HR was very efficient and transparent about the whole process.

Question 1
What’s one of your hobbies and how would you get someone else interested in it?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2022
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. First is with a HR recruiter who asks you questions about your resume and how you deal in client interactions. Also a point to gather information on whether you will want to move into an advisory role. Second interview with branch managers to see if you are a good culture fit within the branch.
First interview was a phone screening with a recruiter. Second interview was with a branch manager. Questions were reasonable and tone of the interview was informal. Have had positive interactions with most Fidelity representatives.
