I applied online. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Raleigh, NC) in Jul 2020
Interview
This was probably the weirdest interview I've ever done with a hiring manager. It was an hour of him grilling me on specific code that I had written for other companies and about my personal life and my relationship. He got angry with me when I couldn't give away confidential information from my previous positions. I was completely ghosted after this call.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- How do you write a flask application
- How do you write a kafka service
- Are you single or do you have a girlfriend
- How old are you
- How did you write this solution at (previous company)
- If you can't tell me about the confidential work, how do I know if you even know how to code?
