Virtual interview -- Asked a series of questions regarding my projects (and which were my favorite) and also about my experience as an intern. Overall very straightforward and not too in depth.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I was asked basic questions such as technical experience in my field and challenges I've faced when working teams. Also, how I overcame or faced those challenges.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Covington, KY) in Aug 2018
Interview
Recruiter called me for phone interview. Called me in for an in group screening with 3 people. Asked basic things such as background, experience, skills, projects, etc. After the interview I never got a follow up from the senior recruiter. It's been close to two months and I have tried to reach out twice since then via email. He did not reply to me.
He did not give me the courtesy of keeping communication smooth. If a senior recruiter treats their potential candidates like this then I wonder how they treat their customers and employees. This may just be what the culture is like at Fidelity.
