Fortinet Customer Service Representative interview questions

Internal personal at Fortinet recommended I apply for the role. Recruitment team one week later reached out that they would consider me for the role and I would be contacted by one of the Senior Recruitment Team members. We fixed a time and I was waiting for his first phone interview. He was 15 minutes late and rushed through a series of standard questions about myself and how I could fit into the role. He said a deeper phone call over one hour with himself would be required. Next week again he called me 10 minutes late and for first 10 minutes complained to me how over worked he is, this is not as a contractor what he expected, his management is not supportive ect. I could sense his frustration on the call and offered my listening ear. I would say after this was the worst experience of an interviewer I've ever had. Everything was questioned, just a very poor sense of dealing with people. After 30 minutes, I suggested we stop as I was not really interested in dealing with him or Fortinet anymore. Ill stick with Palo Alto company and products.
