Interview
The interview started with a 90 minute technical exam consisting of 65 multiple choice questions. The first 25 questions were about Assembly Language, followed by 20 questions about C/C++, Perl/Python/Ruby and the remaining were aptitude questions.
After the exam, two interviewers were present: the AV Department Manager and a Senior AV Analyst. They asked textbook interview questions.

Interview
first of all, people over there are extremely friendly.
for the first interview, a short 20-25 minute interview was conducted by a team leader and a hiring manager. I also had to write a 1.5 hour exam with other candidates. The exam mainly focused on aptitude questions, assembly language, linux, C++ questions.
After one week, the second interview was conducted with the same interviewers. Also I had to write an exam which mainly focused on assembly language. if you prepare for it beforehand, you should be fine.
