Interview
I met the hiring manager briefly then there was a test including some questions on thermal analysis. There was a test for sheet metal modelling in Solidworks. It took around half a day.

Group of 7 people interviewed me, from very typical to behavioral ones.
There was a large gap between applying online and getting initial HR phone call. After initial call with some "basic" technical questions I had a live interview with my future manager. A lot of technical questions, most of them easy but a whole bunch of questions. Interview took about one hour. It is all about understanding the networking concepts.
