Interview
3 rounds of interviews.
1. Manager Screen. Interview with the hiring manager on your background, what are points that stand out on your resume, how do you describe your experiences. etc, Long term career goals, how would you describe a team of yours.
2. Rapid fire technical interview. Know the OSI model and different topics within each layer. MAC addresses, VRRP/HSRP, RFC1918, TCP, etc. Know different IT topics in detail such as VPN, web filtering, anti-spam, NGFW's and WAF's. Know certain networking scenarios and how to answer them.
3. Presentation with managers, directors, VP's. Pick a topic and sell to them. Q/A afterwards. Be prepared to talk about Sales, where you want to see yourself in your career, and different sales situations and how you would handle them.

Question 1
If I have eBGP set up between companies, do I need to have other routing protocols in my network? If so, what IGP would you use?
It was hard, and have to give 3 to 4 rounds of interviews. Sometimes the interviews can go up to 6 to 7 rounds. Each interview can last up to 30 min to 1 and half hour.
