Gave my resume to the booth at my school's career fair. The guy was arrogant, but it helped land me an interview with the team.
Started off with a phone screen. Not difficult, just to verify that I'm human.
Next was the take home assessment. I was given 48 hours to work on it before I had to submit it. I was actually given two take home assessments for two different roles. I did both of them.
Next was the onsite interview. I showed up and they handed me an exam that I had to write for an hour and a half. They were similar to the aptitude test given by Amazon. Following that exam, they handed me another exam that focused on networking fundamentals, for which I had 45 minutes to complete. Following that, was the actual interview with a panel.
I had no idea which team I was actually interviewing for. The HR lady told me "Software Developer" but when I got to the interview there were three people representing three teams: QA, Analytics, and Tools. The technical questions were really easy.
Following this was an interview with the VP. It wasn't difficult, just asked me questions about my resume.
