The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fortinet (Neu-Delhi)
Interview
Cleared two difficult technical interviews. And then came the third. Not only was the interviewer sarcastic and asked questions that are in no way current to the technology they called me in to interviews at the most inconvenient times. Even the HR was rude when it came to scheduling the interviews.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Fortinet (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2017
Interview
I met with the VP of Quality Assurance from their Burnaby office. He was very rude and condescending. The interview was supposed to be 30 mins but he cut it short. I have open source experience with good companies and projects, but he didn't seem to understand what open source is and thought I was lying despite my GitHub being clearly provided. Overall he didn't seem to know anything about the industry but insisted on asking me quasi-technical questions. At the end of the interview he said he "was looking for someone who understands networking" without having asked any questions about networking. Really hope the rest of their executives aren't also rude and uninformed. Don't waste your time here.
