First screening was telephonic. It went well, some basic exchange of job profile, day to day activities, understanding of job role.
After preliminary screening of my CV, my basic understanding on technology was checked.
Second round was a face to face interview with the hiring authority and senior member of the Technical staff.
Face to Face interview went quite heavy. depending on the position you have applied for, the level of screening gets in details.
Third and Forth rounds were telephonic and were from the Human resource department.
