It was a one to one interview, the interviewer asked me to tell him about my resume and followed with a few questions. Mostly related to networking stuff.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fortinet (Burnaby, BC) in Jun 2016
Interview
first round test is a two-hour remote test, send a word doc to you by HR. you need send it back in two hours. questions are quite wide, but as long as you did some dev works in Linux networking, should be OK to handle majority questions.
the second round is on-site interview, 6 interviewers in one room, go through cv and ask questions, this part is fairly easy as long as you know things.
