Foundever Customer Service Representatives interview questions

Was hired on the spot. There is no requirement besides having a pulse and being able to type marginally close to 25 words a minute, but they'll cut you some slack on that, too. I guess I would say very, very basic English skills, but again, everything is relative.

The interview process was fun. All the recruitment team are accomodating and they will listen. They also give chances for all the people who doest have any experience. They are all professional and they dont let the agent or person be nervous.
