I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Foundever (Albuquerque, NM) in May 2018
Interview
Me and two others took some skills tests on computers, filled out some documents on our phones, then they separated us for the actual interview. All of the people i saw walking in and out were loud and wearing pajamas. The lady who interviewed me was too busy distracted looking out of the window looking at all the agents, than actually interviewing me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All she asked me was my name, what my tattoos meant, and when i could start. Easiest job I ever got, which explains why it was the worst job experience.
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typing (words per minute), what would you do in specific situations, a personality test with a Likert scale, "fill in the blank" English assessment, a speak for 1.5 minutes AI assessment
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
