It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

Just one word "challenging" it was a challenging moment of my life but I enjoyed it with all myself, yes I was nervous because I am a human but at the same time I was excited because this was my goal this was my dream and I did not want to give it up so I did my very best and show what I was made of.❤💯

I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
